I’m told that the employees performed impressively over the course of their 3-day, 3-night stay, and melted down only upon my return. Considering N.Lo’s recent workplace challenges with Separation Anxiety, I feel the retreat overall was a success. Our employees visited a museum for small employees, as well as the zoo, which K.Lo is still talking about. Polar bears, and fishes, and elephants, oh my! After just a few days away, both the CEO and I noticed that K.Lo’s sentences seem to be clearer and more deliberate, and N.Lo seems even less a baby and more a little boy. How this noticeable shift is possible over such a short amount of time is both baffling and amazing… Ultimately, the entire company benefited from this break in routine, and we thank the Regional Office for hosting our employees.
