The New Guy had his 2-month performance review this morning, confirming a superb level of progress in his short time with our company. N.Lo has gone from:

6 lbs 8 oz to 12 lbs 6 oz

20 inches to 23 inches long

Also of note is that two specific concerns, namely that of spit-up by the gallon and pooping once a week, are fine. Because neither phenomenon seems to bother him, and because he is (clearly!) still growing, he is apparently just a "happy spitter" who happens to dirty one diaper a week.

We are quite pleased with our new hire and foresee a wonderful working relationship with him in the months and years to come.
