Communication: Corrections Needed

MEMO
TO: K.Lo
FROM: The Manager
RE: Speech Patterns

The following changes to your speech patterns will be required... someday. I may correct you now, but please be advised that you really can take your time learning the "right" way to say these words. In the meantime, know that The Manager finds the "wrong" way quite enjoyable.

A-whaZAT? [What's that?]

Jack and Jill went up the hill, eating their curds and whey. [Either: Jack and Jill went up the hill, to fetch a pail of water, OR Little Miss Muffet sat on a tuffet, eating her curds and whey.]

Um-ma, um-ma, um-ma, um-ma... [Generally speaking, "um" is not great to say, anyway, but maybe cut it down to one or two, instead of ten or twelve.]

No, this one. [You may need to be satisfied with the kiss Management offers initially for your workplace injuries, and not quibble over kisses misplaced one half-inch to the left.]
You're the best! [When placing requests with Management, "please" is typically what we look for.]

Once again, regarding these corrections, there is absolutely no rush.

I agree, very cute and enjoyable while she gets it all worked out. Does the 'you're the best' come from the CEO? Or is this a company wide phrase?
