RE: The Night Shift. Again.

Please be advised that we no longer have any advice for you or us regarding miserable performances on the Night Shift. None.

At a minimum, we desire the following each shift:

1) Some level of productivity from all company members.

2) An acceptable comfort level for all company members, whether it be emotional comfort for the employee (we do not wish the employee to fear her workspace), or physical comfort for Management (sharing work stations=OUT).

As always, we will work with you to achieve this goals. But as far as how we will achieve these goals? Clueless. Winging it.

If you have any ideas, please grab the nearest crayon, scrawl them on some paper, and deposit them in the Suggestion Box.

Sincerely,

Management.

Oh, yikes. The night shift is so important that I wish I had something to scrawl down with a crayon!

Oh, I wish there were some magic formula or advice to give. Dellaina has started having issues going to bed - crying and doesn't want to be in her room! I'm exasperated and it's only been maybe a week; I don't know how you've dealt with it for so long! Just like everything else. .by the time they go to college, they'll have it all sorted out, right? or you won't be burdened by it anymore. .but that is still a *few* tired years away, so. . hmm.
