Us Managers often lament that we cannot even go to the Employee Rest Room in a given workday without employee issue. Usually, it is a case of employee disruption, banging on the rest room door, possibly accompanied by shouting and similar agony. Today, it was a lack of supervision (two minutes!) that led to N.Lo’s breakfast “revision.” The kid likes some marshmallows, and he doesn’t mind helping himself… Classic.
