    Sometimes it is useful to remind the more experienced employee that they used to be held and got the same attention that the newest employee is getting now. Sometimes it doesn't matter because the more experienced ones are just testing to see what happens and they laugh when the same thing happens that happened before because they are just sooo pleased with how smart they are.
