1. The Manager stepped up to her duties as sole member of The IT Department and, after 2 1/2 long, treacherous days of battle, fixed the wireless network for all company computers. Granted, the new printer is not yet on the network, but in due time, she will once again attempt hook-up. The Manager would like to thank all regional companies for offers of assistance, and perhaps next time she won't be so stubborn in accepting said assistance.

2. Another local company has awarded K.Lo with her very own Elmo Laptop. A gift for the employee's 2-year anniversary with the company, the laptop has helped to increase K.Lo's workday productivity and morale. And The IT Department remains grateful that this laptop more than likely will not require its services.
