Please be advised that while The Manager attends to paperwork, it is more than fine to work independently on your Tea Party projects. However, it is not fine to use real water without managerial supervision. And it is really, really not fine to obtain that water unassisted. Especially when the water isn't from the sink.

Special thanks, however, for not serving said "tea" to your coworker.
