An update of recent projects for each employee:

K.Lo:

-Pulling up a stool in the kitchen and turning the lights on or off.

-Lecture circuit on Sharing in the Workplace. Practices speeches on her coworker.

-Switching desks on the Night Shift.

-Giving Management a big headache, re: The Night Shift.

-Training out on the Grounds, helping to switch early summer sweet pea crop for a late summer tomato crop.

-Adding "Weather Lady” to her possible career tracks. Highly attuned to weather pattern shifts such as wind, rain, heat, storms, etc. Announces each change until the whole company acknowledges that they, too, are aware it is “Woo! Hot outside!”

-Learning to play Memory. Initial training sessions involve throwing all the cards in the box top, which the employee sifts through to try and “make a match!”

N.Lo:

-Working at his new/old bead block station, purchased at our favorite secondhand company supplier.

-Feeding self bigger items that he can bite off and chew, such as bread and crackers. Still working on those smaller food items, like Cheerios, banana pieces, and corn.

-Pulling up on training manual shelves, halfway. Wobbling on those little knees, but looking mighty proud of his work.

-Getting around the Conference Room, somehow. Not by crawling, or rolling. Possibly by sitting and scooting, which means he’ll be following in his predecessor’s footsteps.

Does K.Lo practice what she "preaches" with the Sharing Lectures? Or just expects the new guy to adhere to more stringent policy guidelines?
