NOTE 1
Perhaps you could do a better job? Increase patience levels, breathe more, delight in small moments, remember that nothing, including upsetting / disappointing / annoying / stupid phases, lasts forever.
NOTE 2
Remember that even though there’s always room for improvement, you are actually doing a pretty darn good job to begin with. That you are patient, and delighting in small moments, and remembering the bigger picture whenever humanly possible.
NOTE 3
Know/own your limits. In certain areas of Management, assistance will sometimes be necessary. Sometimes you’re not the most qualified person for parts of the job. And that, actually, is okay.
