It was a dress last year, and now it's a top. :) It's very stretchy. And was meant to be very dressy, but if she wants to look all spiffy, who am I to argue. I know I've got a pic of when it was a dress around here somewhere...
hope that a belt was involved to hold up the pants!! that's awesome!
