Why is it an unreasonable request to simply ask the employee to go to sleep, even if he's only been with the company a few months? N.Lo, did you forget to read your training manual? Afternoon Break is mandatory for all employees!
Oh no! No Afternoon Break for N.Lo means no afternoon break for the Manager, right? I'm sure once N.Lo sees the reprimand in his file he will fall back in line. :)
